Engage to Retain is a training program intended for managers and supervisors that addresses two key components of an effective employee retention strategy:

1.) On-boarding of new employees 
2.) The importance of ongoing development.

Attendees will learn techniques to ensure a new employee feels engaged from day one and how building a culture of growth and development is important to both their employees and the future success of their company.

After years in corporate America, with Fortune 500 companies, Paul LaFrance Opened his first Express Employment Professionals office in Shelby Township in 2005. His company has expanded to include two additional offices in Troy/Auburn Hills and Clinton Township. Paul also oversees the Express Employment Professionals franchise in the state of Michigan where Express has 24 locations. Express is the largest industrial and skilled trades staffing provider in Michigan.

Melissa Goga has been a key member of Express's leadership team for nearly 14 years. During her tenure with Express, Melissa has had key roles in business development, client services, training and strategic accounts. Melissa currently serves as an Ambassador for the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce.
