PERSONALITY DIMENSIONS AWARENESS

There are so many leadership styles and models, where and how does conscious leadership fit?  How can I become a more conscious leader?  How does becoming a more humane leader influence my business?  It shouldn?t come as a surprise that a conversation about conscious leadership starts with a series of questions. During our time together, we will dive into what makes us more thoughtful, awake and intentional leaders, understanding the value of mindset, and learning to live and work with purpose.

COLLABORATIVE CONVERSATIONS

A workshop on the Collaborative Conversation Model. This model aligns Stephen Coveys fifth habit of Highly Effective People - Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood, with the four step powerful coaching conversation model. Participants will learn how to address challenges individuals face personally and professionally. Asking the right questions will lead those individuals to self-discover solutions and commit to action! This is a powerful workshop ideal for anyone in leadership, from entry level management to CEOs, helping them to become effective listeners and impactful thought leaders.

Refund & Registration Policy 
Payment is considered final, and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue that cannot be otherwise addressed. Registration for all events, programs and membership is considered complete upon full payment.  An invoice payment option will be available on most events until 14 days prior to the event date.
