Jill oversees four product lines and manufacturing plants, managing profit and loss, operations, budgets, and strategic planning. She leads 2,700 employees, driving efficiency, innovation, and business growth in a competitive industry.

Her leadership experience includes roles as General Manager of CIS-HPS and Operational Excellence Director for North America, with expertise in lean transformation and plant management. A Six Sigma Green Belt and Shainin Red X Journeyman, she also holds a Mini-MBA in Strategy & Finance. Jill has been recognized as Michigan Manufacturers Association?s Manufacturing Woman of the Year (2024) and Saginaw Valley State University Distinguished Alumni (2019). Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AHCC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees? image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by AHCC.

Refund & Registration Policy 
Payment is considered final, and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue that cannot be otherwise addressed. Registration for all events, programs and membership is considered complete upon full payment.  An invoice payment option will be available on most events until 14 days prior to the event date. Cash and credit cards are always accepted. A confirmation will be sent for all transactions with the Auburn Hills Chamber.
